Independent advice · Customer service and AI

AI in your customer service, backed by evidence.

I help Swiss customer-service teams choose, test and introduce AI without bias: compare first, then verify on your own data before you commit.

The market is opaque.

Solution prices are rarely published.

Almost everything is negotiated by quote.

The figures come from vendors.

Independent studies are rare.

A claimed rate says nothing about your data:

your calls, your languages, your requests.

Three use cases.

  • Voicebot.

Answer the phone at peak times or outside opening hours. I compare the solutions, including for Swiss German.

  • Agent assist.

Call summaries, knowledge-base search, suggested replies. The human stays in charge.

  • Request triage.

Sort and route e-mails, forms and tickets: type of request, urgency, right team.

Three steps, each useful on its own.

  1. 01

    Scoping.

Volumes, languages, use cases, data-protection constraints. Result: a clear requirements document.

  2. 02

    Independent comparison.

Four to five solutions assessed on the same grid. Each claim carries its level of proof: verified fact or sales argument.

  3. 03

    Test on your data(on request).

A sample of anonymised calls, e-mails or tickets, indicators set in advance, a measured result. The use of the data is legally validated beforehand.

Price and schedule: on quote. The schedule is agreed with you in the quote.

How I work.

Independent.

No commission from vendors.

Sourced.

Each point of the comparison links to its source and date.

Careful with the law.

I do not give legal advice: a lawyer validates the data-protection part.

What you get

  • A requirements document
  • A comparison of the solutions
  • A list of questions to ask them
  • A test report (step 03)

Who

I'm Christopher Frick, an IT engineer in Bern. I know the work of a support centre from the inside: what callers want, what saves agents time. Frick IT is my way of putting that at the service of other teams.
